Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years in strategic finance, corporate finance, and/or FP&A at a high growth company
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, with the ability to develop and manage complex models and tools
• Demonstrated success in building strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners and leaders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence and effectively synthesize key findings and trends into actionable insights
• Process oriented with a focus on developing and implementing scalable solutions and systems in a hyper-growth, fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long range planning processes
• Develop financial and operating analytics and reporting packages
• Collaborate with accounting, HR, systems and operations teams to invest in scalable processes, systems, and tools
• Manage team of dedicated business partners to corporate functions
• Lead special projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support action-oriented decision making
• Partner with GTM, Fin Ops, Accounting and others to define, operationalize and manage Company-wide KPIs
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and reports for executive leadership, Board of Directors, and other investors/external stakeholders
