Requirements
- A Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required
- 10+ years of experience in business consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements and delivering strategic outcomes for clients in industries such as [specify relevant industries]
- Strong experience in business transformation, strategic planning, and change management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of ModMedโs business consulting strategies across various industries
- Manage key client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients, offering insights that help drive their business performance
- Oversee and mentor a high-performing team of consultants
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, ensuring professional development opportunities and maintaining team engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to deliver tailored solutions that achieve measurable outcomes
- Drive the growth of the consulting practice by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and securing consulting engagements
- Play a key role in sales activities and presentations to prospective clients
- Ensure the successful execution of consulting projects by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations
- Partner with peers leading the project management, sales, and training functions and align on quality, scale, and customer delight outcomes
- Stay ahead of medical practice trends and continuously integrate best practices, cutting-edge tools, and methodologies to enhance service offerings
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the organization and represent the company at industry events
- Manage the financial aspects of consulting projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the delivery of profitable results
- Align business strategy with financial goals to drive sustainable growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Plus for healthcare experience, hospital or specialty medical practice
- PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus
