Summary
Join Clearsulting as an SAP Group Reporting Consulting Director and lead and manage full-lifecycle SAP Group Reporting implementation projects. You will oversee teams, provide mentorship, and define project structures. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to deliver integrated solutions, actively participate in SAP Practice development, and own commercial execution. This hybrid or remote role requires 20-40% travel and a minimum of 8 years of SAP Group Reporting experience, including S/4HANA implementations. Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience in Group Reporting, with at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of S/4HANA Group Reporting
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes
- Strong consulting skillset, with a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and client-facing skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Sell, own and manage SAP Group Reporting projects
- Lead and manage full-lifecycle SAP Group Reporting implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Oversee Clearsulting teams, provide guidance, mentorship and coaching
- Define project team roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures to enhance collaboration and effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver seamless, integrated solutions
- Actively participate in broader SAP Practice development efforts
- Own commercial execution and help inform, refine and expand our go-to-market strategy
- Work with SAP and other third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery and support
- Establish standards, policies, and best practices for Group Reporting and ensure they are adhered to across projects and initiatives
- Own the financial aspects of consulting projects, including overseeing invoicing and billing processes
- Monitor key financial metrics and implement strategies for revenue optimization, including identifying upsell opportunities
- Encourage personal growth, succession planning, and upskilling through coaching, mentorship, and certification opportunities
