Requirements

  • Deep industry experience in Financial Services, with a strong reputation as a thought leader and trusted advisor
  • Proven track record of speaking at industry conferences, panels, and webinars
  • A minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience in strategic technology business applications and solutions
  • Deep expertise in selling Microsoft technology stack solutions (Azure, Dynamics, SQL, Machine Learning, IoT, Power BI, and Application Development)
  • Proven ability to build relationships at the CIO level and deliver value-based selling strategies
  • Strong and established relationships with Microsoft customer-facing teams
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and navigating complex partner ecosystems
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and work collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities

  • Drive market growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the Financial Services sector
  • Lead sales cycles from lead generation to closure, creating and executing strategic account and opportunity plans
  • Represent Hitachi Solutions as a thought leader at industry conferences, webinars, and customer events, articulating a compelling vision for digital transformation
  • Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with Microsoft’s customer-facing teams to enable joint go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and leadership to deliver impactful solutions aligned with customers' business goals
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, positioning Hitachi Solutions as a leader in Microsoft-powered FinServ solutions
