Summary
Join our team as the Director of Business Development for our faith-based solution and drive growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts in the synagogue market.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of successful sales experience in software sales or two years of operations experience in a synagogue overseeing AR/AP
- Strong understanding of synagogue operations (very important)
- Experience in carrying and meeting sales quotas
- High-level understanding of AP/AR and general ledger concepts
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the synagogue market
- Develop and execute strategies to expand services with existing clients
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide weekly updates to management
- Analyze markets and identify potential clients, focusing on decision-makers
- Qualify leads and evaluate their potential quickly and accurately
- Develop and negotiate contracts, aligning them with business operations
- Create and deliver tailored presentations that highlight Kesef's unique value proposition
- Apply industry expertise to make appropriate recommendations based on client's needs and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to clients
- Stay informed about changes in client organizations and recommend service improvements
