Summary

Join our team as a Director Client Consulting (all gender) at UM in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and/or remote. As the face to the client, you will be responsible for developing innovative media strategies, managing client relationships, and optimizing revenue opportunities. You will lead a team of client consultants, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure seamless communication across all media channels.

Responsibilities

• As our Director Client Consulting (all gender), you will lead one or more customer consulting teams in terms of content as well as discipline and develop innovative media strategies with them on a daily basis
• You are the face to the client and advise him on all matters of integrated media planning
• For this, you coordinate and steer the relevant internal departments within our agency network for the development of integrated media strategies as well as plans across all genres
• You continuously optimize client management in terms of future development potential of the customer
• You ensure a trusting and smooth relationship with our client, where you bear responsibility for budget and revenue
• Here, you structure ongoing customer business, are the point of contact in all matters of account handling, and set up suitable KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction
• In addition to responsibility for classic media business, you develop mainly innovative and holistic communication concepts, find new options for precise success measurement, and are willing to take completely new paths to find and implement creative solutions together with your client
• Your task spectrum is rounded off by active participation in customer pitches
