Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with software and/or services sales
- 2+ years of experience selling to enterprise/commercial customers
- Customer service skills to listen to customersβ concerns and address their needs
- Interpersonal skills to work with various people daily, build relationships, and network
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
- Ability to travel to customer sites and various vendor conferences
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build relationships with clients and analyze their needs, provide high-level client relationship management, maintain a consistent track record of meeting quota and revenue goals
- Business Development: Prospect and develop new business opportunities, manage business relationships with vendor partnersβ sales teams, clearly articulate Intact's strategic value proposition to high-level executives, network with business partners, vendors, and independent consultants
- Operations / Administration: Complete all documentation required for business transactions, manage account maintenance and collection process, maintain contacts, accounts, forecasts, and pipelines within the Sales Management System
