Summary

Join Typeface, a fast-growing GenAI company, as a Director, Solutions Consulting. Lead a team of solution consultants, providing technical pre-sales support to enterprise customers. Partner with clients to demonstrate personalized content creation, ensuring high-quality support throughout the customer lifecycle. Mentor and coach your team, participate in key customer engagements, and establish metrics to measure pre-sales impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams. This role requires deep understanding of technology and business processes, aligning solutions with customer needs and driving sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years in pre-sales, delivery, solution architecture and/or customer success roles in B2B enterprise SaaS, top consulting firms and/or within an enterprise customer
  • Track record of helping to technically deliver solutions around marketing use cases (eg. CRM, Customer Journeys, Paid Media, Personalization, Digital Asset Management, SEO)
  • Reputation of being “customer centric” with a deep understanding of the customers’ needs along with ability to navigate large, complex enterprises through change management
  • Strong problem solver who is a self-starter, proactive and works collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills willing to advocate on behalf of your clients

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution: Partner closely with enterprise customers to deliver high-impact demonstrations around 10x personalized content creation and velocity. Ensure consistent, high-quality technical sales support throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in high-impact customer engagements, particularly strategic accounts and complex deals
  • Operational Excellence: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure pre-sales impact, win rates, and resource utilization. Maintain alignment with product roadmaps and ensure the team is trained on new capabilities. Track progress of use cases and customer outcomes, providing a strong point-of-view and perspective
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between customers, product management, and engineering to provide feedback and influence product development
