Requirements

  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school required

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate complex SaaS agreements with customers in highly regulated industries
  • Manage a small team of commercial lawyers
  • Mentor and develop other legal team members
  • Establish and foster strong and impactful relationships with sales leadership
  • Be a strategic partner for the sales team
  • Provide counsel and advice to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Understand and implement key IP, commercial, and finance requirements
  • Drive compliance in day-to-day sales activities, including providing training
  • Lead wider company projects assigned to the Commercial & Product team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Privacy, GRC or Ethics & Compliance experience
  • Experience using Salesforce and Ironclad
