Remote Director, Corporate Communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in developing and managing relationships with media, partners, analyst and clients
• Experience in working with senior level management to present and drive corporate strategies and resolve problems
• Proven working knowledge of all corporate communications disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, goal-oriented, team player with an excellent work ethic

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize organizational communications requirements
• Develop a communications strategy and plan to meet organizational goals
• Establish and maintain communications Key Performance Indicators
• Review and evaluate current media and analyst relations process
• Develop and direct a media activity contact management and monitoring process
• Develop multi-tiered media and analyst outreach programs
• Direct the development and execution of specialty market communications programs
• Assist HR in the development and implementation of internal employee communications programs
• Direct, develop marketing communications initiatives
