Director, Corporate Communications

Summary

The Director, Corporate Communications will be responsible for planning, implementing, tracking, and reporting the Company’s communications initiatives. They will develop internal and external partner, client, and company communications programs, manage media and analyst relations, and direct marketing communications initiatives. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and managing relationships with media, partners, analysts, and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in developing and managing relationships with media, partners, analyst and clients
• Experience in working with senior level management to present and drive corporate strategies and resolve problems
• Proven working knowledge of all corporate communications disciplines
• Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic corporate communications plan coordinating with individuals and departments across the company

Responsibilities

• The Director, Corporate Communications will be responsible for the planning, implementation, tracking and reporting of the Company’s communications initiatives
• They will develop internal and external partner, client and company communications programs
• The Director will direct media and analyst communications to promote, establish and maintain the Company’s brand with a cohesive and consistent story in the marketplace
• They will also direct the development and maintenance of marketing communications initiatives including marketing and sales enablement materials, web presence across all company web properties, and web-based communications channels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vertical market SaaS organization, healthcare a plus
• Proven experience in leveraging social channels as part of communications strategy
• Experience with media management, analysis and distribution platforms
• Minimum 5 years of prior corporate communications management experience
• Experienced in building and managing messaging and positioning frameworks and strategy
