Summary

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in credit program development and management, credit rule creations and implementations using advanced analytic models and technologies
- At least 5 years of experience in managing teams
- Expert ability to understand and interpret advanced analytics, ML models, and technology usage for program management
- Expertise in gathering competitor intelligence, programs, and implementing credit risk policy and guidelines
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management
- Experience in auto finance (Sales a big plus) and strong leadership skills
- Strong project management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of next generation credit programs for FHF
- Partner with operational departments (Sales, Credit, Funding, and more) to improve program offerings
- Oversee and develop a group of program and market research managers
- Partner with other senior-level executives in sales, operations, finance, and technology to drive the strategic credit program(s) agenda of the company
- Plans and oversees ongoing credit program excellence that aligns with company goals
- Heads the development and execution of a detailed program strategy
- Drives initiatives and fosters continuous improvements of existing programs by leveraging data-driven insights and utilizing best course of action to optimize program performance
- Collaborates across multiple departments and stakeholders and coordinates progress toward program objectives by maintaining effective communication at all levels
