Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or related roles, ideally with large technology companies; MBA or equivalent degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic, value-driven decisions
  • Proven track record in developing and executing effective demand management strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and team motivation
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to align processes to broader business goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional demand planning, coordination, and analysis to ensure a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and other teams to create integrated demand plans aligned with business goals
  • Develop and execute targeted sales plays and outreach cadences based on business needs and market insights
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform demand strategies and planning
  • Track performance against pipeline health metrics, host Demand Boards, and provide proactive insights on forecasting and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative culture across the demand ecosystem to optimize processes and tools
