Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as the Director, EMEA Field Marketing to lead a team and develop the EMEA field marketing strategy. You will oversee the execution of events and account-based marketing initiatives, driving pipeline growth for Wiz solutions across all EMEA segments. This role requires partnering with the sales team, managing budgets, and reporting on performance against KPIs. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team, using data to optimize campaigns and inform resource allocation. The position demands strong communication, collaboration, and alignment with the company's brand and values. Success in this role involves building external partnerships and leveraging market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Unmistakable evidence of natural curiosity and creativity
- Experience managing a team of field marketing professionals, including regional field marketing managers and coordinators
- Bachelor's degree, emphasis in marketing preferred
- Experience developing and executing successful lead gen and sales enablement marketing plans, specifically in client segments
- Track record of building and driving successful marketing strategies, plans and results while tightly aligned with sales and leadership
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, and 6sense
- Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA Field and Partner Marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth, deal acceleration, and customer expansion across the EMEA region
- Partner with the sales team on strategy, targeting, and an account-based approach to drive alignment and maximize field marketing effectiveness
- Lead strategy and plan development, budget management, and performance reporting against agreed targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of EMEA Field and Partner Marketers by being hands-on with execution while driving operational excellence and team growth
- Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, optimize campaign performance, and inform better investment and resource allocation decisions
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration with global and cross-functional teams to lead and execute integrated, data-driven programs that reach target audiences, drive regional scale, and align with strategic market moments
- Ensure all field marketing initiatives are consistent with the companyβs brand, mission, and values, and are driven by clear goals and measurable outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry organizations to drive engagement and lead generation
- Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy and ensure messaging relevance across diverse EMEA markets
- Partner with marketing leaders in other regions to share best practices, ensure global alignment, and localize global programs for maximum regional effectiveness
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by testing new approaches, embracing experimentation, and scaling successful initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in delivering SaaS model is desired
