Summary

Join Veriff, a company dedicated to making the digital world safer, as their Director of Global Field & Event Marketing. You will be responsible for designing and executing a global events strategy that drives pipeline growth, strengthens customer relationships, and enhances brand recognition. This role involves planning and executing various events, including sponsored industry events, Veriff-hosted events, regional meetups, internal celebrations, and digital events. Collaboration with sales, customer success, and marketing leaders is crucial to ensure strategic alignment and measurable business impact. You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences. The position requires a strong understanding of event marketing and proven success in driving pipeline, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience designing and executing global event programs for a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and brand awareness through events
  • Strong budget management skills and vendor negotiation experience
  • Creative thinker with a flawless execution mindset
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Veriffโ€™s global field and event marketing strategy across AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
  • Plan and execute: Sponsored industry events and tradeshows
  • Veriff-hosted field events (dinners, executive roundtables, workshops)
  • Regional meetups and customer gatherings
  • Internal events such as Presidentโ€™s Club and company all-hands
  • Digital events including webinars and virtual roundtables
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure event strategies align to regional priorities and target account lists
  • Negotiate sponsorships and partnerships to maximize ROI
  • Lead event promotion and follow-up campaigns in partnership with demand gen and customer marketing
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Define event KPIs and report on pipeline influence, customer engagement, and ROI
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all events globally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event marketing technologies and webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom Webinar, Cvent)
  • Background in ABM-driven event strategies
  • Experience in scaling hybrid event models (in-person + digital)
