Summary

OneRail is expanding its Finance team by hiring a Director, Finance to manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and support the CFO and CEO. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, significant experience at a high-growth software and/or business services company, and possess personal skills such as clear communication, resilience, and flexibility. Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting or finance is required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the companyโ€™s financial planning and analysis function, including OneRailโ€™s financial model; budgeting, planning and forecasting; managing new deal reviews; and supporting the CFO and CEO with ad hoc research
  • Develop and monitor achievement of financial and operating KPIs. Ensure accurate and profitable pricing of the companyโ€™s SaaS products and delivery services
  • Provide and support investor reporting and relations to current Board members and future investors as part of future growth capital fundraising
  • Act as a Finance advisor to the functional leaders throughout OneRail by conducting in-depth financial analysis and providing expert financial perspective and opinions on their operations and issues
  • Lead and/or participate in special projects and activities as requested. Assume responsibility for the Finance department in the absence of the CFO
