Join Collectors Financial Services as the Director, Financial Services Strategy & Growth, leading the expansion of our financial services and shaping the future of collectibles financing. You will play a pivotal role in building infrastructure, products, and marketing strategies for lending, BNPL, and sale advance solutions. This cross-functional leadership role involves close collaboration with various teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Services, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and develop high-impact user experiences. This is a fully remote role with flexible working arrangements. The salary range is $176,800-239,200. Collectors is a leading creator of innovative technology providing value-added services for collectors worldwide, with subsidiaries including PSA, PCGS, WATA, Card Ladder, SGC, and the Long Beach Expo.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial, with a hands-on, scrappy approach to problem solving
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills
- Proven experience as a senior growth, product, or marketing leader in a fintech or embedded finance environment
- Strong track record launching and scaling financial products (especially term loan, credit lines, BNPL, bridge loans, or sale advance tools)
- Understanding of user acquisition and go-to-market strategy
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial services; ability to work with compliance and legal teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of scalable financial infrastructure supporting term loans, BNPL, and sale advance services for collectibles, ensuring compliance and seamless tech stack alignment
- Pilot and scale a sale-advance program integrated with PSAβs eBay marketplace, enabling instant financing upon listing an item for sale
- Launch instant loan offerings tied to vault items and Set Registry entries, supported by intuitive UX across our platforms
- Drive product integrations across MyCollection, Set Registry, our Online Submission Center, and other customer touch points
- Create customer-friendly applications and in-product experiences that support financial services adoption
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for lending services, including strategic partnerships and channel marketing
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to build inbound funnels through SEO, email, content, social, and video campaigns
- Plan and promote presence at industry trade shows and events to drive awareness and lead generation
- Leverage internal platforms (e.g., CardLadder, Set Registry, PSA Pop Reports, CCE) for targeted product promotions
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including website content, social media, and sales collateral
- Identify and manage regional compliance and partnership requirements to support global growth
- Ensure all financial offerings meet TILA and state-level regulatory standards
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for international expansion, with an initial focus on Asia and Europe
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for collectibles, trading cards, or related markets is highly desirable
- Global expansion experience is a major plus, particularly across Asia and the EU
