Director, FP&A

Summary

You will be responsible for developing financial models, managing investor relations, supporting pricing scenarios, leading budget development, implementing forecasting, providing financial analysis to senior leadership, and evaluating long-term projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, excellent Excel and modeling skills, and familiarity with GSuite and Tableau. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, etc
• 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis role
• Excellent excel / modeling skills and familiarity with GSuite products
• Knowledge of Tableau for reporting
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models supporting Candex long-term strategic plan and associated scenario planning to support the company's strategic objectives
• Manage investor relations and develop and support executive and board presentations based on findings, insights, and financial data
• Support development of pricing scenarios for our various business models
• Lead the development of the short-term budgets and track results and milestones against our budgets
• Implement rolling quarterly forecasting and track and manage forecast versions
• Leverage financial and operational data points to provide senior leadership with financial analysis to support decision making
• Scope and lead financial analysis to help evaluate and support long-term projects
