Reporting to the CRO, this position demands strong sales leadership, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to accelerate growth and achieve success. The anticipated annual salary ranges from $108,000 to $145,000, with the total compensation package including the benefits mentioned above.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, ideally within a Marketing Agency, SaaS, or B2B solutions, with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on business growth
- A robust professional network and established relationships with key industry players that you can leverage to build trust and open doors
- The ability to lead the development of pitch strategies with minimal oversight, taking ownership of the process from ideation to execution and ensuring your approach is aligned with both client needs and company objectives
- Consultative selling expertise—you prioritize understanding client needs first, ensuring you provide solutions that genuinely solve their challenges before pitching anything
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and convey them clearly. A solid understanding of marketing concepts and technical acumen is key
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to quarterback multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, guiding them through the sales and strategy process to ensure alignment and success
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once, efficiently balancing tasks, deadlines, and prospective client needs to drive results in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong strategic planning and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop tailored solutions that address prospective client challenges, identify new opportunities, and drive growth in competitive markets
- The ability to influence—whether with prospective clients or internal teams, you know how to collaborate effectively and bring out the best in every interaction

- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Harnessing your hunting skills to be the driving force behind identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
- Driving new business opportunities by actively engaging in personal selling activities, leveraging your strong network, and tapping into fresh leads to consistently expand our client base
- Owning the new business relationships, identifying opportunities, and nurturing prospects to drive outcomes
- The go-to expert on understanding a prospect’s needs, with the skill to guide the pitch team in delivering tailored solutions that truly resonate and drive results
- Orchestrating the entire pitch process ensuring that key deliverables and milestones are met
- Collaborating with pitch team members to enhance the strength of their content and refine their presentation delivery, ensuring every pitch is compelling, cohesive, and tailored to win over prospective clients
- Overseeing the creation of compelling pitch and sales content, ensuring the materials and presentations align perfectly with prospective client needs
- Partnering with Wpromote’s Executive Leadership team to ensure alignment and buy-in for major opportunities that position Wpromote as the best partner for new clients
- Working closely with leading brands to deeply understand their marketing objectives, and partnering with internal teams to craft customized solutions that combine our services and technology to help them achieve their business objectives
- Presenting tailored marketing strategies directly to executives and large teams, demonstrating your expertise in solving complex challenges with creative, data-driven solutions
- Consistently closing new business, hitting and exceeding personal revenue goals while contributing to the broader success of the sales team
- Supported by comprehensive training tracks backed by our Revenue Enablement teams to ensure you have the tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed
- Representing Wpromote at industry trade shows and networking events, expanding your influence, and building relationships that drive long-term growth
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Force Management, Command of the Message, and MEDDIC
