Summary
Join Nexxen's Sales team in London as a Sales Director to drive maximum advertising revenues from key media and advertising agencies. You will independently contribute and lead a sales team, expand market share, and build strong relationships with agency personnel. Responsibilities include being a knowledge source for partners, promoting Nexxen's tools, communicating the value proposition, and developing monthly revenue goals. You will need significant digital media sales experience, a strong agency network, superior client management skills, and an understanding of the EMEA programmatic landscape. Requirements
- Significant digital media sales experience with an impressive track record of personal and team success
- A network of strong, current relationships and an excellent reputation within independent media agencies at a senior level
- Superior client management skills with a track record of success
- An understanding of the EMEA programmatic landscape
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Experience achieving group goals; and not fazed by targets or metrics
- Experience generating revenue against personal targets (and love smashing them!)
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising companies
- History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment
Responsibilities
- Drive maximum cross screen, omni channel multi format advertising revenues from key media and advertising agencies
- Work independently as contributor and lead a sales team to generate and maximise revenues from the agencies and clients
- Expand marketshare - build and maintain robust relationships with key agency personnel from the C-suite to account execs
- Be the go-to source of knowledge and inspiration to agency partners & clients and ensuring Nexxen will be perceived as a true thought leader in this space
- Promote Nexxenโs proprietary tools that come as part of the Unified AdTech stack
- Expertly communicate the Nexxen value proposition, hosting roadshows, and getting under the skin of your clients and their opportunities and challenges
- Be able to communicate concisely about how programmatic omni-channel works to non-technical audiences
- Develop monthly goals to drive revenue for yourself and team members and report progress
- Accurately report revenue forecasts against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with sound rationale and advertiser insights
