Requirements

10+ years of related HR experience providing strategic partnership to leaders, including C-Suite members and their leadership teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with executives and their leadership teams to set their people strategy and align priorities to the business goals and Lyra’s core values
  • Understand the business and leverage data to recommend and drive new approaches, structures and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and employee engagement
  • Facilitate effective coaching and leadership development in both 1:1 and group settings to drive inclusive and high performing teams at scale
  • Lead cross-functional project teams , propose solutions to address this/them, and then lead a cross-functional team to drive to these strategic solutions, partnering with centers of excellence across the People Team
  • Play a key role driving one or more areas of company wide talent and culture initiative

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large-scale sales teams preferred

  • The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Director, HR Business Partner position is $150,000 - $229,000. The role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses
