Summary

Join Experian as a strategic Director, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to lead the IGA strategy, manage IGA technologies, and ensure secure identity and access management. You will define and execute the IGA vision, serve as the primary product owner, lead the IGA team, and oversee technology selection and implementation. This role involves integrating automation and AI, establishing access control policies, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position reports to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management and is remote. You will have the opportunity to strengthen Experian's cybersecurity posture and work with various teams to evolve access control practices. This role requires significant experience in IGA and a strong background in security technologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Identity and Access Management, including 5+ years leading IGA programs
  • Experience in product ownership or management of security technologies
  • Background in developing IGA strategies and architectures in large enterprises
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity
  • Knowledge of access control principles, security frameworks, and compliance standards
  • Mentorship experience and ability to present technical topics to a variety of teammates

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities
  • Be the primary product owner and liaison for IGA solutions across the organization
  • Lead an IGA team, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of IGA technologies
  • Integrate automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and proactive risk management
  • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide access control policies, standards, and governance frameworks
  • Monitor and improve program effectiveness through Measurements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) and manage identity-related risks

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA; Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
