Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, consulting, or restaurant operations, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams and complex projects
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with restaurant management software and inventory management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of managers from Implementation and Ops Services, implementation specialists, and global support employees fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth
• Refine and innovate implementation methodologies and best practices to optimize deployment processes and enhance client outcomes
• Partner with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure that implementation strategies are aligned with broader business objectives
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and maintenance of the highest quality standards
• Serve as the escalation point for complex implementation challenges, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal departments, to support project success and long-term client satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze implementation metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, driving team performance and enhancing overall efficiency
• Stay abreast of industry trends, and restaurant operations to provide expert guidance and support to clients and team members
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of training materials and documentation, ensuring that implementation processes are well-documented and easily accessible
• Participate in pre-sales activities as needed, offering implementation insights to bolster the sales process
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate with the product development team, providing actionable feedback based on client needs and implementation experiences to drive product enhancements
