Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or diagnostics industry, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge base of international markets
  • Proven track record in pre-commercial and product launch marketing
  • Strong understanding of global healthcare markets and regulatory environments
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pre-commercial marketing strategies for the PDx portfolio
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats and develop actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, commercial) to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Lead the creation and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the PDx portfolio
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including digital content, sales aids, and educational resources
  • Drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches in collaboration with the regional marketing teams
  • Coordinate pre-launch activities, including market development, KOL engagement, and early access programs
  • Monitor and analyze launch performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve commercial objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups
  • Represent Telix Pharmaceuticals at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the PDx portfolio
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of global strategies at the local level
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
