As Director, Learning and Organizational Development Strategy, you will lead a dynamic team to strategically design and implement learning, development, and engagement programs that drive transformative change and provide solutions that strengthen business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a highly capable, distributed team of learning, engagement, and organizational development professionals
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to your direct and indirect team
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and organizational development strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Work with the VP of People Development and CPO to develop and design succession planning, talent assessment, key experiences, career development planning, culture-building initiatives, identification of high potential leaders, leadership training, and mapping talent strategies to business plans
  • Drive the design, development, and execution of leadership, management, and employee training and development programs
  • Oversee the creation of training materials, e-learning modules, and other educational resources
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Develop metrics and evaluation systems to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs and systems
  • Continuously assess the quality and outcomes of learning initiatives and make data-driven improvements
  • Work in partnership with our Director of Inclusion and Belonging to support the design and implementation of programs that foster and develop an inclusive culture
  • Stay up to date on industry and discipline trends and best practices in leadership development and incorporate new methodologies and technologies into programs
  • Ensure strong tactical planning for alignment and visibility on all projects
  • Actively lead initiatives and support the organization’s capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness through planned preventions and interventions
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and partners to lead change management initiatives
  • Communicate the value and impact of learning and development initiatives to the organization
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization
  • Collaborate with external vendors and trainers to deliver specialized leadership development programs or access external resources as needed
