Requirements

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing leadership role (CMO, HOM, Dir. of Marketing, etc.)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing marketing teams
  • Proven 3+ years of experience leading growth initiatives or managing a digital agency, with a focus on PR, SEO, content, or a combination of these areas
  • Strong expertise in SEO and content marketing, with a deep understanding of current content and AI trends and the ability to stay ahead of industry developments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in SEO where even minor changes can significantly impact content quality and authenticity
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability for the business by implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Hire and build a talented team as needed to support business objectives
  • Expand and grow the product line to meet market demands and customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with current technology and content trends to ensure the business remains competitive
  • Regularly check in with and motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale
  • Edit and oversee all content operations to ensure quality and consistency
  • Review and update business processes related to content, including editing, output, and systems, to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage and oversee content ROI to ensure marketing efforts are delivering value
  • Aggressively leverage AI tools to grow and scale the business efficiently
