Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business, or management
- 5+ years of experience working with consumer product brands and a deep understanding of the go-to-market process
- Experience in cannabis cultivation and retail is a pro
- Demonstrated success and ability to thrive in a complex, high growth environment with constantly changing priorities and enthusiasm
- Able to tackle and solve challenging operational problems that require resourcefulness, creative thinking, and collaboration, often with incomplete information
- Outstanding analytical skills and judgment. Can gather information, weigh relevant factors, and make decisions based on data, trends, and experience
- Solid Project Management skills and a proven ability to lead projects to an on-time and in-budget result
- Strong problem solver that demonstrates creativity in looking for ways to improve and promote quality, processes, and performance
Responsibilities
- Oversee brand product marketing project management
- Lead and manage all planning and scheduling, including development/establishment of product roadmap schedules
- Lead the process, management, and execution for all branded products across TerrAscend markets
- Build and maintain relationships within cultivations, supply chain, procurement, creative, regional marketing, compliance, and finance teams across all markets
- Develop, track, and manage cross-functional project management tasks for timelines with regards to all brand product launches and SKU transitions
- Prepare detailed implementation project plans and manage week-to-week execution of associated tasks
- Develop and lead project checklist meetings, while driving accountability across key team members
- Resolve and promptly escalate issues, risks, and dependencies β proactively identifying potential gaps and critical path analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute on product development and launch plans
- Continually refine and support effective project management workflow standards including procedures and templates that promote efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Recommend and implement new workflow tools, fostering an environment of transparency, accountability, and clear communication
- Communicate often and effectively with Retail and Wholesale Sales Teams to continually educate manufacturing crew regarding product knowledge and brand initiatives
