Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification and prior Big 4 public accounting experience
  • 15+ years of combined public accounting and corporate industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing global teams
  • In-depth experience with Oracle NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and ability to implement company-wide policies
  • Proven experience working in multinational publicly traded companies, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing sectors
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive automation and streamline processes
  • A hands-on leader who is equally detail-oriented and strategically minded

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes
  • Oversee corporate accounting functions, including consolidations, fixed assets, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions
  • Ensure timely, accurate internal and external financial reporting, including SEC filings and global statutory reports
  • Drive automation and process improvements to scale operations efficiently and sustainably
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing global accounting team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align accounting practices with broader business and finance strategies
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives such as ERP implementations, compliance upgrades, and process transformations
  • Track and report on performance metrics across the accounting operations function

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both SaaS and manufacturing environments
  • Background in companies with $1B+ revenue and/or OEM experience
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and business partnership skills
  • Proficiency in AI, analytics, and modern finance technologies
  • Experience drafting and defending complex technical accounting positions

Benefits

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $ 132,500 to $ 225,000
