Join Salvo Health as their Director of Product Management and help shape their product vision, strategy, and execution. This highly cross-functional leadership role involves collaborating with various teams to build products enhancing health outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient/provider experiences. You will be responsible for all aspects of product management, from setting direction to managing a scrum board. This is a remote position reporting to the COO, offering a clear path to team leadership within a year. The role requires experience in product management, ideally within health tech, and a proven track record of building and scaling products. Salvo Health is a rapidly growing company with a strong mission and a talented team.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in health tech, digital health, or tech-enabled services
  • Experience working in healthcare, especially virtual care delivery or clinical workflows, and/or familiarity with EHR integrations preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling products in a startup or early-stage environment
  • Experience building tools for both internal users (clinical or ops teams) and external users (patients or providers)
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and wearing multiple hats
  • Strong product intuition, coupled with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to align diverse stakeholders around product decisions

Responsibilities

  • Establish a clear product vision that aligns with clinical and business goals, across the Salvo App (used by 80% of patients multiple times a week), our Sano workflow orchestration stack (allowing personalized care plans that evolve for each patient, with software-led care combined with licensed care staff), and our data Infrastructure (designed to collect continuous feedback from patient engagement and home medical devices)
  • Build and continuously evolve a product roadmap that supports rapid iteration and real-world impact
  • Prioritize the many ways AI will integrate with our back-office and clinical care to improve efficiency, deliver a better and more on-demand patient experience, and drive a learning loop for better clinical protocol algorithms in a more personalized, data-driven way
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—across multiple product areas (platform, patient experience, internal tools, etc)
  • Work closely with engineering and design to define requirements, prioritize work, and ship high-quality features on time
  • Partner with clinical, operations, and care teams to deeply understand workflows and pain points
  • Leverage data, feedback, and user research to inform prioritization and product direction
  • Evaluate competitor product landscape to identify opportunities to enhance the company’s product
  • Assess third party technologies to determine value to the company and recommend new technologies to invest in or leverage, including for EHR and HIE integrations, AI vendors and in-house teams, and other software tooling
  • Communicate progress on initiatives to various levels of the organization, including progress against goals and key product metrics
