Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in analytics and data governance within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Deep expertise in data strategy, architecture, and management, including establishing "single source of truth" solutions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to champion a data-driven culture and align diverse business objectives (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution of data initiatives and deliver tangible business insights
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead a new centralized function, shaping the strategic direction for analytics and data governance
  • Oversee daily operations for the analytics and data governance teams, ensuring our data initiatives align with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance goals
  • Champion a data-driven culture, driving the creation of a "single source of truth," and delivering faster insights across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with specific analytics tools and platforms relevant to our current tech stack (e.g., Data Visualisation (Looker, Power BI) and GCP
  • A background in Marketing Analytics across a range of different industries i.e. SaaS, Financial Services, Advertising sector, understanding its unique data challenges
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies for project management in a data environment
