Summary
Join Envision Horizons as their new Director of Brand Protection and lead the launch of their new Brand Protection division. You will develop and execute brand enforcement strategies across major marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, utilizing proprietary technology such as Boxr. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and clients to safeguard brand integrity, prevent unauthorized sellers, and enforce MAP policies. The position offers a competitive salary ($130,000-$150,000) plus performance-based bonuses. It's a fully remote, US-based position. You will be responsible for building and scaling the Brand Protection division, working with clients, and integrating new technology.
Requirements
- 6β10+ years of experience in brand protection, IP enforcement, eCommerce compliance, or marketplace policy
- Expertise in Amazon Brand Registry, MAP policy enforcement, and seller ecosystem dynamics
- Experience working closely with legal teams on compliance and enforcement strategies
- Proven success in launching and scaling business units or service offerings
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Build and launch Envision Horizonsβ Brand Protection division from the ground up
- Define and execute scalable brand enforcement strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and international marketplaces
- Serve as the internal expert on unauthorized sellers, MAP violations, and intellectual property enforcement
- Partner with client account teams to assess brand protection needs and create tailored solutions
- Advise clients on best practices related to distribution, IP rights, and channel integrity
- Offer strategic input on retail contracts and distribution frameworks
- Lead the integration and day-to-day use of Boxr, our third-party seller monitoring software
- Oversee ongoing monitoring efforts and develop processes for automated takedowns
- Work with legal counsel to execute enforcement actions including cease-and-desist letters, Brand Registry submissions, and other compliance measures
- Collaborate with legal, business development, and engineering teams to enhance our enforcement capabilities
- Work with sales and marketing to position Brand Protection as a core service offering and scale it to new clients
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Walmart Marketplace or international eCommerce platforms
