Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies, with a focus on BPO solutions
- Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, influencing purchase and buying decisions
- Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for revolutionary technological solutions
- Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
- Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sales rep KPIs/conversion metrics and the use of CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a commitment to exceeding department metrics/measures
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with small to midsize business prospects, leveraging market insights and industry networks to uncover opportunities and drive new deal acquisition
- Meet aggressive sales growth targets through reliable pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Employ a consultative solution-selling approach to address complex client challenges, driving mutually beneficial business outcomes
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers within client organizations, including C-level executives, to secure new business and maximize the value delivered by CSV Now's services
- Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, and customer experience challenges
- Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams to collaborate and rally around the development of innovative solutions
- Ensure smooth transition of client wins into implementation and operations, acting as a steward for good business and nurturing the client relationship through flawless execution
- Possess an in-depth understanding of CSV Now's services and differentiation in the marketplace
- Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously growing and developing professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
- Deliver effective proposals and presentations to decision-makers, articulating CSV Now's value proposition
