Summary
Join The Medicus Firm, a leading healthcare recruitment firm, as a Director of Business Development. Manage a 2-5 state territory, scheduling webinars and in-person meetings with hospital executives to secure contracts. Travel is required for 5 days each month. Build rapport with hospital administrators to understand their needs and recruiting efforts. Maintain organized territory records and provide timely follow-up. Effectively present information and answer questions via various methods. This role requires healthcare business development experience and 3+ years of sales experience, including inside, outside, B2B, and cold calling. Responsibilities
- Manage efforts in a 2-5 state territory
- Schedule webinars & face to face meetings with prospective clients to obtain signed contracts
- Travel to your region 5 days each month
- Contact and build a rapport with hospital/practice administrators to gain knowledge of their practice needs and recruiting efforts
- Maintain organization within territory and provide timely information and follow-up contact
- Effectively present information and respond to questions accurately using a variety of venues including webinars and phone
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred - Including: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales and Cold Calling
- College degree preferred
