Summary
Join Pulley, a fast-growing company with over 4000 customers, as their Director of Business Development. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying and securing strategic partnerships, and collaborating with various teams to achieve company goals. This role requires 8+ years of B2B SaaS experience and a proven track record of success in a startup environment. Requirements
- 8+ years of business development experience in B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record of securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies in a startup environment
- Strong executive presence and experience working directly with C-level executives both internally and at partner organizations
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and drive results
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with our company's goals and vision
- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our market reach and accelerate revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and industries
- Develop and present business cases, proposals, and presentations to potential partners and internal stakeholders
- Create and implement processes, metrics, and reporting systems to track business development performance and ROI
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree preferred
