Summary

The Director of Client Services at Wheel will lead the Solutions and Deployment teams, oversee technology solutions deployment, manage major projects, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires 5+ years of experience in technology solutions management, deployment, or related roles, 5+ years of SaaS technology experience, 5+ years in a client-facing role, 3+ years of direct team management, proven project management skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology solutions management, deployment, or related roles
• 5+ years of SaaS technology experience
• 5+ years in a client-facing role
• 3+ years directly managing a team
• Proven experience in project management, including the use of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

Responsibilities

• Lead Wheel’s Solutions and Deployment teams
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions and deployments within the organization
• Supervise and mentor a team of deployment specialists and solution architects
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure delivery of a signature client experience
• Collaborate on strategic team goals and alignment to firm wide KPIs
• Oversee end-to-end process from client prospect to go live
• Cross functional collaboration to ensure solution viability and success
• Manage end-to-end deployment processes for technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare industry best practices and emerging technologies
