Summary

Join Sword Health, a rapidly growing AI-powered healthcare company, as a key member of the Partnerships team. In this high-impact role, you will cultivate and manage relationships with consultants and brokers, primarily within the WTW community. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and educate consultants on Sword's digital MSK therapy solutions. Requirements

  • Has 6+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting firms, and specific experience working with/for WTW
  • Strong sales and prospecting prowess. This role requires creating new and perpetuating existing relationships in order to generate sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in rapport building, business development and pipeline generation
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Is a hard working, self-motivated person with an itch to be a part of an emerging AI med-tech startup
  • Is intellectually curious with sophisticated communication skills
  • Has demonstrated the ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and use that knowledge to sell to prospects
  • Has experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

Responsibilities

  • Drives Sword’s relationships with key contacts in the WTW brokerage community to ensure a strong preference and comprehensive understanding about our solutions and capability
  • Collaborates with key groups at Sword (product, marketing, sales, account management) to ensure our priorities are informed by needs and priorities expressed by market influencers
  • Partners closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure consistency of message across various touch-points and assist RVPs in sourcing early stage opportunities associated with owned accounts
  • Educates WTW consultants on our digital MSK therapy solution through response to leads, direct outbound contact, social media, face-to-face/web demonstrations, lunch & learns, and email campaigns
  • Document, map, and cultivate key contacts and offices within WTW
  • Articulate Sword differentiators and value prop in general, and when appropriate, on employer-specific opportunities
  • Maximize the value of Sword participation in various WTW-specific vendor management initiatives
  • Facilitate periodic top-to-top meetings to discuss trends, successes, and opportunities to grow together with WTW
  • Facilitate annual cycle of meetings to further relationships and build understanding of Sword solutions and capabilities
  • Coordinate Sword participation in events sponsored by WTW which further our mutual business opportunities
  • Build pipeline of qualified opportunities for designated markets
  • Provide regular, accurate forecasts and update lead status using Salesforce.com
  • Manage our Salesforce.com database for WTW
