Requirements
- Proven experience in consulting, with a track record of successful project management and client engagement
- Experience speaking at conferences, events and / or working with publications is required
- Experience partnering with internal sales teams to develop and customize client solutions
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary
- StrategicΒ and big-picture thinking, with strong business acumen
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Lead consulting engagements from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget oversight
- Manage and mentor consulting teams, providing guidance, direction, and support
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and challenges, develop consulting strategies, and propose innovative solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and potential clients
- Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
- Ensure that consulting services meet quality standards and adhere to best practices
- Implement processes for quality control, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
- Proactively address issues and challenges to minimize project disruptions
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consulting
- Share knowledge and insights with the consulting team to enhance capabilities
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and recommendations
- Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
