Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting, with a track record of successful project management and client engagement
• Experience speaking at conferences, events and / or working with publications is required
• Experience partnering with internal sales teams to develop and customize client solutions
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary
• Strategic and big-picture thinking, with strong business acumen

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project success
• Lead consulting engagements from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget oversight
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, providing guidance, direction, and support
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and challenges, develop consulting strategies, and propose innovative solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and potential clients
• Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
• Ensure that consulting services meet quality standards and adhere to best practices
• Implement processes for quality control, feedback, and continuous improvement
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
• Proactively address issues and challenges to minimize project disruptions
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consulting
• Share knowledge and insights with the consulting team to enhance capabilities
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and recommendations
• Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
