Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • 4+ years of experience in consultant relations, business development, or a related role within the healthcare or benefits industry, with a proven track record of managing and growing consultant relationships
  • Ability to develop and execute plans that drive growth, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape and the consulting communityโ€™s influence on purchasing decisions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field, managing relationships and driving results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to manage and expand a portfolio of consultant relationships within your assigned region, ensuring Rightwayโ€™s solutions are top-of-mind
  • Engage actively in the field by attending meetings, industry events, and conferences, generating a robust pipeline of consultant-driven leads to double top-of-funnel opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align consultant engagement with business objectives. Communicate consultant feedback to refine product offerings and enhance Rightwayโ€™s market positioning
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies using data-driven insights to achieve and exceed annual and quarterly targets, including an increase in funnel conversion rates and improvement in win rates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree
  • Experience in the direct care navigation and/or PBM space
