Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience of SaaS/agency experience
  • 5+ years in content development and content marketing leadership
  • Event content strategy including for proprietary events, CxO events and industry events
  • Understands and can lead content strategy for marketing automation and social media
  • Expertise in bringing team members together and pushing detailed projects to the finish line
  • Experience in omni-channel campaigns, messaging and lead generation activities specific to content
  • Polished communication and note-taking ability; ability to drive a conversation with executives and implement solutions
  • Analytical skills to determine campaign effectiveness & ROI
  • Strategic thinker & hustler
  • Able to see beyond the day-to-day grind but not afraid to go above & beyond to improve the process

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the content strategy, production and content ops team
  • Identify content needs and manage the content development process end-to-end including strategy development, project management, production timelines, implementation, evaluation of campaign performance
  • Leverage and amplify customer feedback in content strategy development, including surveys and focus groups
  • Work internally to identify, recruit, and coordinate with the best SME to provide input for collaboration on content development
  • Develop plans to syndicate content captured at events in post-event campaigns
  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand key messaging for a multitude of product lines to build successful brand campaigns, thought leadership, or co-marketing opportunities
