Summary

The Uniswap Foundation is seeking a seasoned creative operator to lead its marketing efforts. The marketing leader will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee content creation across various platforms, integrate data and analytics into marketing decisions, build and manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with department leaders. The ideal candidate has experience leading marketing and creative teams, particularly in developer tooling, open source software, or crypto, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading marketing and creative teams, particularly in developer tooling, open source software, or crypto
• Expertise in GTM campaign development, content marketing, email marketing, multichannel nurture strategies, media metrics, web analytics, and marketing automation
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring teams
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving customer’s needs
• Ability to work cross-functionally and foster a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning them with the foundation's goals
• Lead the annual marketing planning process, setting KPIs, and ensuring consistent tracking and reporting
• Drive the creation and refresh of the design system, developing compelling campaigns to attract developers
• Oversee content creation across diverse platforms like YouTube, podcasts, social media, and live events
• Integrate data and analytics into marketing decisions, working closely with in-house and/or agency resources
• Build and manage a high-performing team, including recruiting and mentoring, while effectively collaborating with external partners and freelancers
• Coordinate with various department leaders to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
• Manage budgets and collaborate with operations and finance teams to maintain fiscal responsibility
