Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in fields such as investment banking, strategic consulting, corporate finance, equity research, and buy-side investing
  • Expert modeling skills, with experience building complex operating models
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Project management skills, with experience scoping and executing projects with cross-functional support
  • Best-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to quickly identify and methodically resolve potential road-blocks

Responsibilities

  • Provide critical support for capital raise and M&A activity
  • Assist in investor outreach strategy and engagement
  • Lead due diligence processes
  • Create investor presentations and other assets
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal teams
  • Assist with investor communications and relationship management
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses
  • Support the Corporate Strategy function by conducting industry research and analysis
  • Support the administration of the companyโ€™s equity compensation plans
  • Support corporate governance by preparing board and stockholder resolutions
