Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a researcher, analyst, and/or strategist at management consulting firms, think tanks, or investment analysis firms
• Experience and/or familiarity with facilitating human-centered creative problem-solving (either at an agency or in-house team)
• Client services and account management experience across multiple clients

Responsibilities

• You will design and implement several methodologies for executing efficient and accurate validation projects
• You will manage and deploy a budget per idea validation project
• You will be responsible for managing the research process and team
• You will build and operationalize an efficient process for research and validation

Benefits

• Compensation: $200,000-$250,000
• Location: West Coast preferred, primarily remote with some travel to LA (10%)
