Requirements

• 5-7+ years of SaaS marketing, including some hands-on experience with digital events
• Experience running proprietary events and expert-level fluency with digital marketing platforms such as Zoom, Marketo, HeySummit, Zapier, Wordpress, Squarespace and others
• Must be hands-on. We are a distributed team and do have a fair amount of general work flexibility (exact hours, etc), but this is a leadership role and you must be ready to roll up your sleeves to dive in and meet event deadlines on time
• Must know SaaStr. This is not a good role for someone who doesn’t know what SaaStr is, or why it is

Responsibilities

• Project manage and quarterback the success of our digital events
• Drive-up community growth and net revenue for SaaStr
• Act as the lead producer for our digital events
• Drive attendees, meeting or exceeding ticket sales
• Level up communications to build awareness, community-building
• Design attendee product offerings that further enhance value for customers and sponsors
• Own quality of attendee experience at our digital events including quality of content, networking, meetings, and interactions
• Improve attendee NPS +20 points through a steady stream of activities
