Requirements

- Strong network of relationships within the media industry, including agencies, advertisers, and publishers, particularly in the EMEA region
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize sales performance
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the EMEA market
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's presence and market share in the EMEA region
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, broadcasters, digital platforms, agencies, and advertisers
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and innovation
- Forecast sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and executive leadership team
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with other regional sales teams to optimize cross-market opportunities and share best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies to anticipate market changes and provide strategic recommendations
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership
