Summary

The job is for a Director of Engineering at Fullscript who will provide technical leadership, drive the overall technical vision, and work closely with product and design leaders to push forward the company's product vision. The ideal candidate has experience leading engineering teams in customer-facing applications, collaborating with other product management, design, and data leaders, and working in a continuous integration environment.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing application
• Experience leading and growing other technical leaders
• Experience in a collaborative environment with other product management, design, and data leaders

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall technical vision, planning, and design architecture for 3-5 of our engineering pods
• Work closely with product and design leaders to push forward Fullscript's product vision
• Support and grow a team of technical leads and their teammates
• Work with other engineering leaders to establish best practices and improve how our teams work
• Support executives with growth initiatives while maintaining the technical health of the application
• Collaboratively build the technical roadmap with other technical leaders to ensure that Fullscript can continue to scale

Preferred Qualifications

• You’ve worked in a continuous integration environment
• You’ve worked in e-commerce or the health-tech sector
