Summary

Join the Engineering team at Veriff to combat online identity crisis and drive product enablement initiatives. As the right hand to the CTO, you'll play a crucial part in driving forward our product enablement initiatives but also in elevating our organizational maturity and reliability.

Requirements

• A proven track record of building highly engaged teams that drive tangible results
• Experience of modern practices in DevXP, SRE, platform-as-a-product, and/or communities of practices
• Proficiency in establishing end-to-end product development processes
• A proven track record in 'adding 9s' to the availability SLOs supporting the business
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives
• Experience navigating the challenges of a scale-up environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in uncertain environments
• Thought leadership in optimizing technical architecture and org design

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product to deliver end-to-end world-class products
• Recruit, inspire, and develop top talent
• Drive relentlessly for operational excellence
• Build leverage through thoughtful platform strategy
• Maintain productivity and engagement by monitoring roadmaps, metrics, and delivery predictability
• Contribute to Product & Engineering strategy
• Drive transparency on engineering investments' returns
• Stay updated on technology trends, including AI
• Prepare the organization to scale without compromising productivity or engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SRE, cybersecurity, cloud services or digital fraud
• Knowledge of GitOps practices
• Knowledge of product development methodology
• Experience in delivering and maintaining modern-AI based solutions
