Summary

Join KnowBe4 as the Director of Inbound Marketing and lead the team in building brand awareness and acquiring new customers. You will manage inbound marketing channels, including website strategy, SEO, paid search, and social media. Responsibilities include overseeing website expansion, measuring and optimizing marketing programs, collaborating with other marketing team members, and staying updated on digital marketing trends. You will also manage marketing agencies and vendors, and provide recommendations on personnel matters. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience, along with significant experience in inbound marketing, B2B technology marketing, and team management. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Marketing or similar field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams relating to websites, seo/paid search, and organic/paid social media
  • Significant experience with all aspects of the inbound marketing function and processes
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders in Sales, RevOps, Product, etc
  • Experience with B2B marketing in the technology industry (IT Security and SaaS marketing a plus)
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Significant management experience overseeing teams of 2 or more
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
  • Expert in end-to-end marketing for inbound marketing functions
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract meaning from data and apply that meaning to improving program performance
  • Significant experience managing and negotiating with demand generation vendors and platform providers

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound marketing team members and processes in order to achieve company goals for brand awareness, demand generation and opportunity creation
  • Execute strategy for inbound marketing channels including, but not limited to website/blog strategy, SEO, paid search, paid and organic social
  • Oversee expansion of websites including knowbe4.com, localized international websites and other websites as needed including traffic/conversion analysis, personalization, online chat, heat mapping, etc
  • Measure and optimize inbound marketing programs using vendor-specific reports, internal dashboards/reports, and CRM data
  • Identify, evaluate and test new marketing programs ย with existing and new vendors to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs
  • Review and approve promotional content such as advertisements, blogs, infographics, etc
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead
  • Identify, evaluate and manage marketing agencies, vendors, and platforms
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight
