Summary

Join Vitable as the Director of Growth Marketing and build a revenue-generating growth engine. You will design and execute multi-channel growth campaigns, build a multi-channel lead generation engine and content strategy, and drive revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing a growth marketing framework, creating high-conversion content strategies, and managing demand generation channels. You will need experience at a high-growth company, proven experience driving revenue growth, expertise in growth experimentation, and strong quantitative skills. The ideal candidate is a master of customer acquisition channels and has hands-on experience with growth tech stacks. Requirements

  • You have experience at a high growth company moving from early-stage to growth stage
  • You have owned pipeline targets in a sales-driven company, and were present during the scale-up period
  • You have 5+ years of proven experience driving revenue growth through performance marketing and growth strategy
  • You have experience in high-velocity SMB sales cycles (1-3 months) with average deal sizes aligned with our target market (selling to non-startup employers with 50-200 employees)
  • You’re an expert in growth experimentation, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing
  • You possess strong quantitative skills with experience setting KPIs, measuring campaign effectiveness, and optimizing ROI
  • You’re a master of customer acquisition channels including paid media, SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and referral programs
  • You possess a deep understanding of full-funnel metrics and optimization strategies
  • You have hands-on experience with growth tech stack including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation (Hubspot experience a plus)
  • You thrive when you can capitalize on your entrepreneurial mindset and ability to quickly identify and capture growth opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed revenue targets through high-performing growth initiatives across the customer journey
  • Develop and optimize a growth marketing framework and acquisition funnels that increase pipeline, deliver qualified prospects, conversion rates, and revenue
  • Create and implement high-conversion content strategies that establish Vitable as the authority in health benefits and ACA compliance
  • Create clear attribution models to measure channel performance and optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI
  • Manage all inbound and outbound demand generation channels including webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, and blogs
  • Implement effective marketing automation to nurture leads while increasing conversion rates
