Requirements

• Passion for decentralization and alignment to Openmesh's vision & mission
• Demonstrated track record of executing out-of-the-box thinking to bring new perspectives and solutions
• 10+ years experience in hands-on technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large scale company / application / product environment
• 10+ years of relevant experience in an agile software product development environment
• Advanced level understanding of customer experience
• Solid, practical knowledge of agile methodologies
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Remarkable organizational skills
• A deep understanding of software development processes

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder to distill ideas and the vision into a well-defined technical roadmap
• Hold complete responsibility for multifaceted or cross-platform solutions for a highly complex suite of products
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal and external partners, and senior leadership to comprehend the existing customer experience and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure the team's work aligns with product strategy
• Coordinate and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, planning sessions, review meetings, and retrospective discussions
• Steer the team towards its goals, removing obstacles and anticipating future challenges to ensure smooth progress
