Requirements
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, including impactful leadership roles on major products
- 5+ years of direct PM management experience, including managing other leaders
- Demonstrated ability to drive the growth of a consumer product, with a focus on increasing engagement, retention, activation, and creating growth loops in product
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision making and measure success
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability
- Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, with a passion for creating products that delight users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, aimed at increasing daily active usage, user engagement, retention, and activation
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Apply data and analytics to inform product decisions and the growth strategy, continuously experimenting to optimize product experiences
- Partner closely with engineering, marketing, UX, and other teams to align on growth objectives and deliver key results
- Advocate for the user, ensuring that growth initiatives enhance the user experience
- Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and collaborators via quarterly business reviews and other senior meetings
