Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, aimed at increasing daily active usage, user engagement, retention, and activation
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement
• Apply data and analytics to inform product decisions and the growth strategy, continuously experimenting to optimize product experiences
• Partner closely with engineering, marketing, UX, and other teams to align on growth objectives and deliver key results
• Advocate for the user, ensuring that growth initiatives enhance the user experience
• Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and collaborators via quarterly business reviews and other senior meetings
